Requisitos Mínimos: Join the Kuoda Family as our newest Travel Designer! We need an individual who is
motivated, Native-level fluency in English, organized, a team player, and constantly looking to improve themselves
to join the Kuoda family in our Cusco office.

QUALITIES:
- At least 1-2 yrs. consultative sales experience.
- Ideal candidates have previously worked in a luxury tour sales environment.
- Experience in South American or Luxury travel industries a plus.
- Motivated and determined to meet and exceed annual sales goals.
- Ability to problem-solve independently in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate excellence in proactive customer service.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
SKILLS:
- Native-level fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Spanish language skills, written and spoken
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Highly functional in a fast paced, constantly changing workplace
- building plans through iterations from learning
on what’s working and not working.
- Desirable: Experience using Adobe Suite and InDesign a plus
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Passion for travel and new experiences
